During my Christmas holiday, I stayed in a hotel with clean rooms, and amazing hospitality. I particularly liked the prompt response I got when the AC in my room wasn't working. The staff was very polite and gave me another room quickly. the hotel's location was very convenient, close to the city center and public transport.

Not everything was perfect during my stay. I disliked the fact that the hotel did not offer a breakfast facility and that I had to remind the staff to provide me with water bottles every day.

The hotel location was pretty convenient as it was near to the main road and shops. Clean rooms and bathrooms with mattresses in good condition. They provided us with hot water and toiletries, which was a plus. On the other hand, the breakfast could have been better.
